Once you have decided and prioritized the tasks you are going to incorporate in the scheduler you need to follow few steps. First step is to get started with your Outlook application.

Next you have to select “Tasks” icon that has a small red mark on the top of the clipboard in the routing pane in the left column.

Then you have to go through your task scheduling application and decide which one has the maximum priority. Next you click on the “Priority” dip menu and tag it depending on the importance as “Low”, “Normal” or “High” given as options.

To save it Click on the option “Save and Close”.

In the navigation pane available on the left column you have to click on “Calendar” and then choose the “Day” or “Work Week” to observe your calendar based on either part. Then you click on “View” tab in the main menu bar. Then you will spool down and click on “Task Pad”.

Be careful to mention the time phase that you might require to complete the job. You will just have to drag the task that is being scheduled from the “TaskPad” to your preferred time phase. As you do this an “Appointment” window will come out. Add or alter any information that you desire in the “Appointment” entry. When you are done with this process, click on “Save and Close” to get done with task scheduling.
