Task scheduling if you are a Windows XP user

If you are a Windows XP user, your computer allows you the privilege to schedule which program should open at what time. Open the “scheduled task window” in your “System Tools” and the name of the task, the day and the time you want your task to be scheduled.

How to take a back up of your Windows Schedule

You can always expect your computer to deliver your schedules. It is after all a machine and might stop working suddenly when you have an important appointment scheduled. So, take the precaution and always keep a back up of your long list of work. So, open your task schedule where you have stored everything. Use control key to select more than one program at one go and then copy paste it to our desired folder. Thus, you are ready with your back-up task scheduler.

Task Scheduling in Hard Copy

You might want to travel with a hard copy of your task schedule. One option is to write them down in your planner, but you can save all your time by just tasking a printout of your task schedule. Frame your task schedule in Outlook calendar. Remember to save it. Press “Cntrl+P”  to open the “Print” dialog box and you will get your task schedule.
